2. Service Description
SignalSensei is a software subscription service that provides automated trading execution tools. Our service connects to your broker account and executes trades based on pre-configured algorithms.
Important Notice:
- We are a Technology Provider, not a Financial Advisor.
- The software executes trades based on User-Defined Configurations.
- We do not guarantee profits or fixed returns.
- We are NOT registered with SEBI. Usage of this tool is at your own risk.
3. User Responsibilities
By using SignalSensei, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You are solely responsible for your investment decisions
- You understand the risks involved in securities trading
- You will provide accurate broker credentials
- You have the legal right to trade in Indian securities markets
- You are above 18 years of age
4. Subscription & Payment
Our service operates on a subscription basis. Payment is required upfront for the subscription period. All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Prices are subject to change with prior notice.
5. Data Security
Your broker credentials are encrypted using Fernet (bank-grade encryption) and stored securely. We do not have access to your decrypted credentials. We do not share your data with third parties.
6. Limitation of Liability
SignalSensei shall not be liable for any trading losses, missed trades, technical failures, or any other damages arising from the use of our service. Trading in securities market is subject to market risks.
7. Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Market hours connectivity issues, broker API downtime, or technical maintenance may affect service availability.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time, subject to our Refund Policy.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
