Refund Policy

1. Subscription Nature

SignalSensei operates on a subscription basis. We offer monthly and yearly plans. All subscriptions are prepaid for the chosen period.

2. Free Trial

We offer a 7-day free trial for new users. No credit card required. This allows you to test the service before committing to a paid subscription.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

  • Service not working as described for extended period (7+ days)
  • Technical issues preventing service usage that we cannot resolve
  • Duplicate payment made in error

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will NOT be provided for:

  • Trading losses or missed profits
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Failure to set up broker credentials correctly
  • Broker API downtime (not within our control)
  • Market holidays or trading halts
  • Partial period usage

5. Refund Process

  1. Email us at support@signalsensei.com with your registered email
  2. Explain the reason for refund request
  3. Our team will review within 3-5 business days
  4. If approved, refund will be processed to original payment method
  5. Refund may take 5-7 business days to reflect

6. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation will stop auto-renewal, but you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

7. Pro-rata Refunds

We do not offer pro-rata refunds for partial period usage. Once a billing cycle begins, you are charged for the full period.
